We got married on 8th June 2024 at The Springs at Peats Ridge! Luke and I chose a picturesque venue for our special day, and it was a magical event. From the serene surroundings to the heartfelt moments shared, our wedding undoubtedly left a lasting impression. Elizabeth, our wedding coordinator, deserves high praise for her exceptional efforts in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and professionalism surely made a significant difference, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your celebration without any worries. Elizabeth's dedication to making your day perfect shines through in every aspect of the event, from the coordination of vendors to the execution of the timeline. The Springs at Peats Ridge provided the ideal backdrop for our love story to unfold. The tranquil ambiance of the venue undoubtedly added to the romance of the occasion, creating unforgettable memories for you and your guests. The picturesque setting, combined with Elizabeth's expertise, created a seamless experience that will be cherished for years to come. The shared platters were delicious and added a homely fill, and the lighting created the rustic style we were hoping to achieve. My husband and I highly recommend The Springs at Peats Ridge. The Springs offered by far the most affordable packages within the Central Coast area. They provided flexible payment options, templates, planning appointments and contingency options all as part of our package price. Set up and pack down for decorations was provided. This made the days leading up to the wedding a lot less stressful. Elizabeth our event manager was attentive, friendly and adapted to our last minute changes. She provided helpful suggestions with our last minute wet weather set up and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly by collaborating with vendors and keeping me out of sight before the wedding ceremony. The menu provided a variety of different options and catered to dietary requirements including soft diet options for older guests. All of our guests were very happy with the food options including the vegans, celiacs and elderly. My husband and I initially booked the garden for our ceremony, so we were disappointed when we had to use the contingency option. However, once the terrace location was set up it turned out to be a beautiful scenic option and the bar leading onto the terrace made it easy for our guests to get drinks and move into the reception space seamlessly after the ceremony. Now we absolutely love that we go married on the Terrace! The staff set up our decor perfectly and made sure no glasses were empty throughout the reception. They offered second meals and allowed us to take home meals for guests who were unable to attend at the last minute. We opted for photos and use of the grounds and golf carts for photos after our wedding. Elizabeth guided us to the most scenic locations. My husband and I are so grateful for all the effort and care that the staff at The Springs put into our day!

We had our wedding at The Springs in March 2024 and oh my they did not disappoint! Elizabeth was amazing and made the entire process stress free! We had just over 250 guests and hired out all three rooms at the springs and what an incredible space. The rooms were already so well decorated with sand stone walls, timber tables and beautiful lights that we really didn’t need to add any styling to the rooms. I was the last of my sisters to get married and I was so ready for the difficult job of coordinating and working with a wedding venue but The Springs and Elizabeth were so organised and made sure that everything was exactly how we pictured our wedding day. We had numerous meetings to check in on progress which I found so helpful. The grounds and the venue is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a wedding venue which blends both elegance yet garden wedding the springs is perfect. We were originally going to have our ceremony outside but unfortunately it was raining and at the last minute was able to set everything up for an indoor ceremony and even though it was not outside it was still perfect and had a beautiful back drop of the golf course. It was perfect! Elizabeth and Jasmine coordinated the entire day/night to perfection. Now for the food… I have been to A LOT of weddings and never have I had wedding food like the springs! The Chef, Dan and his team did an amazing job and put a together the most delicious menu for us. Our guests could not stop talking about the food and being Italian, food is the most important part of any wedding and The Springs nailed it! I would highly recommend The Springs for any wedding (big or small). Our day was perfect!

Elizabeth and the team at The Springs made our wedding reception so easy and delightful. The venue was beautiful and comfortable. They skilfully arranged the decorations we sourced, accommodated all our needs and preferences, and responded flexibly and sensitively to unexpected changes. We enjoyed a fantastic reception at a lovely venue with great food and drinks, all at a much more affordable cost than other comparable venues. We would highly recommend The Springs to anyone and everyone!

Getting married at the Springs in Peats Ridge was the ideal setting for our special day. During our venue search, my now husband, took me on a memorable day, and the moment I laid eyes on that grand, beautiful door at the entrance of the Springs, I knew it was where I wanted to marry the love of my life. The venue is stunning, with exquisite interior décor and beautiful surroundings outside. Every detail is well thought out and simply breath-taking. The coordinators, Elizabeth and Jasmine, were fantastic. They ensured our day was impeccably organized, and everything ran smoothly. Our day unfolded exactly as we envisioned it. The food was delicious, and the room decorations were precisely what we had hoped for. It truly was the perfect day!

Our coordinators were so organized, they gave us great prompts and the runsheet was so helpful in ensuring that every detail was planned and included. They were flexible and considerate with of our suggestions and went out of their way to assist us. The food and catering staff were amazing, we got so many compliments on the food too. The venue was beautiful, and it was a bonus to have both the ceremony & reception at the same venue too. The venue was surprisingly affordable for the venue & catering too which was a blessing! Our coordinators also helped out with decorating and printing. They were wonderful and very approachable.

The Springs did an amazing job hosting, organising, and running our wedding! Elizabeth and Jasmine were a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and on the big day, making the setup and running of the day seamless 🙂 I cannot thank the girls enough for their hard work and ability to answer even the silliest of questions! The venue was beautiful, set up by The Springs, and also provided a couple of different options for wet weather. All our guests raved about the canapes, dinner, and dessert, astounded by the flavours and amount of food provided. The Springs smashed it and were an amazing venue to work with despite the wedding all coming together in 6 months 🙂

The Springs! such a beautiful venue, with amazing staff - I can't get over how amazing everyone was not just on the wedding day but the whole experience leading up to it! Elizabeth and Jasmine are truly amazing people, I have so much trust in them and would highly recommend them and the Springs to everyone, my guest can't stop talking about the food and how amazing the room was and how beautiful the venue is. originally, we wanted an outside ceremony but with the weather we just couldn't do it! but the wet weather option was still magical - I didn't think it would be as nice as it was, and it was amazing this venue just made our day! Our wedding at the Springs was AMAZING! We couldn’t have been happier with how the day went. Everything was perfect. Elizabeth was a huge reason everything went so smoothly. Her communication was flawless and she knew all the answers to calm a nervous bride. The venue is beautiful and so well set up. We just dropped our decor off and they set it up perfect. The food was to die for and all of our guests were left happy and full. We highly recommend the Springs for your big day.

The Springs was the most AMAZING wedding venue, we could not be happier with our choice. The communication between the event manager and ourselves from start to finish can not be faulted. Questions were always answered, nothing was too much trouble and additional requests accommodated. We felt so at ease from our first meeting with the team and so confident that they would deliver our perfect day which they did and more. The room was just so beautiful on it's own and needed minimal styling but The Springs offer the option of hiring many styling additions and this just made everything so much easier and was no hassle and also a massive plus. The ceremony options were beautiful and again the options were just endless. Finally the food, just so so yummy, we had a delicious meal and all our guests kept raving about how nice it was!

My husband and I had a lovely time on our wedding day at the springs. My husband and groomsmen played golf in the morning while my bridesmaids and I used the beautiful bathrooms to get ready. The ceremony area was set up for us over a beautiful outlook of the green and surrounding bushland. The restaurant provided our guests with a delicious 2 course meal and dessert station. The springs coordinated with all our suppliers to ensure everything was taken care of on the day in an extremely professional and seamless manner. We would recommend this venue to future couples and is great value for the central coast NSW.

My husband and I were married at The Springs in May of this year and it was perfect! I would highly recommend The Springs to anyone thinking of getting married or hosting an event. Only an hour outside of Sydney it is well located for people to stay for the weekend or just drive up for the day. The venue itself is beautiful and provided a lush green backdrop for our ceremony on the deck under the marquee. Once inside the event centre has so much character and style that not much is needed to dress it up for a wedding. Situated facing west you get some stunning pictures during the golden hour of sunset which our photographer loved. Elizabeth and the staff at The Springs were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't have to stress on the day at all as Elizabeth ran it flawlessly!

Elizabeth, Brie and the team were amazing! The venue is so stunning that you barely need any decorations. The food is delicious and perfectly portioned. The only downside would be that one of the golf carts ran out of power while we were getting photos and the sound system, it was a bit echoey during the speeches but that could have been because we had two rooms (large dining area and the bar) once we were on the dance floor though it was all sorted and there were people dancing all night. Minor issues though that didn’t damper our day. It’s an amazing place and we would recommend it to others!

The event manager, Elizabeth, and all the team at The Springs were incredibly helpful leading up and on the day of the wedding. Elizabeth's calm and thoughtful approach was one of the main reasons we decided to go with The Springs - we were at ease from our first meeting with her. Needless to say, the venue is just stunning with wonderful bush land views, and the room and all the furniture was tasteful, beautiful and not over the top. The food was exceptional and we had great feedback from friends. The bar staff were all super friendly and pouring drinks (responsibly) all night. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better staff crew to make sure the night went ahead smoothly. The Springs will always be a very special place for us, and we'll definitely be coming back to celebrate anniversaries and other special occasions.

From our initial enquiry, right up to the days after our wedding, the service we have received from the team there has been perfection. Nothing was too hard or no question too silly. The staff are happy to go above and beyond to help make your dreams possible. Since our wedding day on Saturday, we have had constant feedback from our guests about how wonderful the staff were, how beautiful the venue was and how exceptionally delicious the food was. We just had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely incredible. We loved every minute of it!! Only negative was that it wasn’t longer! Amanda, the events manager was phenomenal from the second we contacted her to get info. Nothing was too hard. On the day Jen and the team were amazing. The food was delicious and filling. The drinks were great. Nothing could have been improved on.. even if we had many extra Covid restrictions.

The Springs was the venue for our wedding last weekend.. and boy were we beyond happy and pleased with how well they made our dream day turn out!! It was faultless and nothing short of a fairytale!

From the lead up to the day to the day itself everything went so smoothly and our wedding day was faultless. A very big THANK YOU to all the staff at The Springs Golf Club for our recent wedding.

We, along with our family and friends had the most wonderful day. The room was set up beautifully and all my decorations were in place as imagined. The wait and bar staff were very attentive and no glass was left unfilled.

We have had complements from guests saying it is the best wedding food they have had. It was all delicious. Everyone loved the sundae bar also!

I did not ever have a worry about anything with Nicole looking after us as a coordinator. She was organised, helpful, professional and fun. I defiantly think she is well suited to the wedding and events industry. Being a wedding and event coordinator for nearly 10 years I know days can be long and tiring, but Nicole always made us feel like you had time for us and nothing was a problem.
We will be sure to come visit for lunch in the future.

Thank you so so much for the perfect day. 
I am still in awe of how our day started and ended. 
We had torrential rain all week leading up to the very last hour before the wedding and then the sun shined down on us and graced us with its presence. 
The springs in a magical location and our fireworks were the perfect final touch. I absolutely love fireworks so I was so excited to have them.

We attended a wedding at the Springs last night. Wow! It was one of the best wedding I've been too. The staff were A M A Z I N G! The wedding coordinator and the bar manager on the night were so helpful and nothing was a problem! Food delicious! Drink service flowed all night and no one ever had to ask for a drink. The room was beautiful and a stunning view to match. Will definitely recommend!

Rebecca and I had our wedding at your venue on Saturday 6 July 2019 and it was absolutely magnificent.

Firstly to Anouska the event manager, she was really brilliant and she made our day and all the planning towards it so easy. Rebecca and I were very appreciative of all the hard work she did. On the day this was also the case, everything went perfectly smooth. Rebecca and I would recommend your venue to anyone.

The food was absolutely amazing!! To the Chef Dan and his team, they put out very delicious and tasty dishes. Every one of our guests commented on not just how great the food was but the portion size as well.

Lastly Karen and her team were also amazing. Food and beverage was faultless and her and all her team were all very friendly. Karen appeared to never stop and was always doing extra things to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was coming to see us, giving us information and updates, to working music etc.

Lastly I just want to acknowledge all of the staff and the team of the Springs they were all amazing and they are representing the Springs in the best fashion.

Rebecca and I will most definitely keep returning for lunch and dinner as it's worth the hours drive up the freeway.
