Our industrial-chic ballroom seats up to 180 guests, our ceremony lawn sits under a century-old pepper tree, and every package is catered by the Sitting Duck Restaurant — our acclaimed on-site restaurant.
Couples come to us for two reasons: our setting as a rustic wedding venue with sandstone, timber and a working country property feel — and the fact we’re a genuine golf course wedding venue with full course access for sunset photography. How much does a wedding at The Springs cost?

Wedding pricing depends on guest numbers, day of the week, and inclusions — we don't publish a single price because every wedding is tailored. As a guide, our packages start in the mid-range for Central Coast wedding venues and include venue hire, catering by the Sitting Duck Restaurant, coordinator, tables, chairs, linen and golf-course photography access. Email our event manager for a detailed quote.
How many guests can The Springs host?

Up to 180 guests for a seated reception, or 250 for cocktail-style. Both ceremony lawn and ballroom comfortably accommodate the full 180.
What dates are available?

Weddings run year-round, but Saturdays in spring and autumn book out 12+ months ahead. We also offer reduced-rate Friday and Sunday weddings — often a better experience because the property is exclusively yours.
Are there nearby places for guests to stay?

Yes. Most guests stay in Gosford, Erina or Terrigal — all under 30 minutes by car. We can provide a curated list of accommodation partners during planning.
Can we have an unplugged ceremony or specific cultural traditions?

Yes to both. Our ceremony lawn and ballroom are flexible — we've hosted Indian, Greek, Italian, Lebanese, Persian, Chinese and Japanese weddings, plus all-faith and non-religious ceremonies. See our Cultural Weddings page for more.
What's the wet-weather plan?

Every wedding includes a wet-weather contingency to the covered terrace, included at no extra cost. Many couples have ended up loving the terrace ceremony on rainy days.
