Receptions wrap at 11pm under our council licence. Most couples build the timeline backwards from there — first dance around 9pm, speeches over dessert, ceremony from 3:30 or 4pm depending on the season. We've run it a hundred different ways.
Do you cater for guests travelling up from Sydney?

All the time. Sydney is roughly an hour's drive — and because we're a destination property, many couples build a Friday-evening welcome drinks event into the schedule so out-of-town guests aren't squeezed into one day. The bar can stay open for these informal nights.
